What does my child need to bring each day?
The list below may be helpful:
- Check the weather – when it’s dry, we like to get outdoors when we can. Please bring a jacket and sun lotion and a hat for the warmer days.
- We swim every day so don’t forget to pack swim wear and a towel.
- Each child needs to bring packed lunch, snacks and drinks or water bottle. There is a water fountain the kids can access to top up water bottles throughout the day.
Can we come and watch the kids during the day?
Unfortunately, there’s no opportunities to observe. It can be too distracting for the kids and coaches.
What if my child requires 1 to 1 support?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide 1 to 1 support within our team however, we can discuss options with any agencies that you may already work with. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
What if my child requires medication?
Don’t worry, we have a medical policy and form that we can go through with you. We may be able to give the child prescribed medicine for them to take at agreed times. Unfortunately, we can’t administer injections, but we can make sure that your child is available to a family member at agreed times to receive medication. Please put all details in the medical consent form and we’ll arrange for a member of the team to get in touch.
Will photographs be taken of my child?
Photographs are only taken when we have your consent. We may use photos or videos for promotional purposes and often we upload photos of the kids each day to our Facebook pages.
